For years now, the market has been providing incredible trading opportunities due to increased price discovery. This price discovery is due to AI disruption, Presidential policy, and speculative fervor. For the experienced trader, these opportunities often mean more PNL. But even for the beginner trader, these opportunities provide more repetitions and practice.

Is now a good time to start trading or to be a beginner? Everyone always asks this and wonders. There are advantages to starting in active markets and advantages to starting in dull markets. But as the saying goes… the best time to plant a tree was years ago. The second-best time is now.

If you are struggling right now, let’s try our best to forget about our PNL. Instead, let’s ask: What is the most important area of progress I need to make this July, and what system do I need to achieve it?
